Alei Nahar Association, Reg. No. 580253979, enables you to donate to the Association's activities in a simple, convenient, and fast manner — by credit card, bank transfer, or phone.

When making a credit card donation, the card will be verified with the credit company and the donor will receive confirmation of whether the transaction was approved or declined.

Donation Process

4. The donor will receive a receipt indicating their donation to the Association. The receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the donor.

5. The Association holds valid tax certifications in accordance with applicable law.

6. Association representatives are happy to assist with any questions regarding the donation process or any other matter, in order to make the donation experience simple and smooth.

9. If a transaction is not approved by the credit company, the donor will be notified accordingly. To complete the transaction, the donor must contact the Association directly by phone.

Cancellation

7. Donors may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted under it. For convenience, cancellation requests should be submitted in writing via fax or email directly to the Association.

8. Providing false information is a criminal offense. Donors who do so may be subject to legal proceedings, both criminal and civil.

10. The Association bears no responsibility for unlawful actions taken by the donor, or for any other factor beyond the Association's full control.

Privacy & Liability

13. Privacy Policy: The Association recognizes its obligation to protect the privacy of its donors. Donor information will not be transferred to any third party.

14. Liability Limitation: Donated funds are directed exclusively to the Association's designated bank account.

Interpretation & Enforcement

11. This policy and its enforcement, or any action or dispute arising from it, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or question arising in connection with these terms shall be brought before the competent judicial authority in the Jerusalem district only.

12. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, and that I have read and agree to the site's terms and privacy policy.

15. The interpretation and enforcement of this policy and any action or dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and resolved, where necessary, before competent courts.
